Action Plan

Agree goals and measurable outcomes for coachee / teams

Meet with coachee / teams, sponsoring leader, and Human Resources to review action plan and ascertain commitment of all parties.
Accountability

Meet with coachee/teams as agreed to formulate action steps toward goals, practice behaviors and skills, observe coachee / teams in action, address obstacles, develop further options for action, and provide ongoing feedback.
